Respect people and their boundaries

Be welcoming, honest and considerate. No harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, stalking, sexual exploitation or unwanted sexual attention. Do not upload explicit nudity or sexual imagery; ordinary swimwear is permitted. Automated screening can reject a photo and does not guarantee that every violation is detected. Respect a no, a cancellation or a block. Never share another person’s contact details, location or intimate content without permission.

Keep plans real

List a real activity with an accurate time, location, capacity, skill level, price and organizer. Do not create fake attendees, reviews or urgency. Hosts must have permission to use the venue and the qualifications needed for specialist activities. Update or cancel promptly if the plan changes.

Look after the group

Follow venue and operator rules. Do not pressure anyone to drink, take risks or remain at an activity. Do not offer illegal goods, services or gambling. Use qualified operators for higher-risk activities and cancel when conditions are unsafe. An app listing or badge is not a safety guarantee.

Ask before filming

Get permission before filming identifiable people or sharing private conversations. Make it possible to attend without appearing in promotional content. Paid or gifted creator content should clearly disclose the relationship; never invent customer experiences.

Report concerns

Use in-app reporting and blocking when available. For other concerns or a review of a moderation decision, use the support contact in the Legal notice once confirmed. Describe the issue and relevant activity or account, but send only necessary information. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services; KICK IT is not an emergency response service.

How we respond

We may review relevant information, remove content, limit features or suspend accounts where reasonably needed. Urgent protection may take priority over advance notice. Where lawful and appropriate, affected users can receive an explanation and request a review. These guidelines supplement the Terms and conditions.
